The Southern California Independent Booksellers Association (SCIBA) membership year runs through December 31 of each year. Dues must be paid by February 1 to be included in the SCIBA Guide to Independent Bookstores and the SCIBA Membership Handbook. (Download 2010 SCIBA Application/Invoice.) Membership is open to retail bookstores, as well as to book publishers, distributors, sales reps, vendors, prospective booksellers, and others in the bookselling community.
